History:
Step into the captivating history of CBEnterprise, a company that has grown from a small phone room to a thriving consultancy and project-based BPO firm. Founded in 2014 by the visionary Chuck Bagus, CBE started with timeshare appointment setting calls before quickly expanding into variable life insurance sales and team management in 2015. As the company's success soared, the team transitioned into the real estate industry doing property sales and marketing.
In 2018, CBE returned to its roots by engaging in BPO projects and managed the outbound sales force of B2P International Inc., one of its biggest clients. Under the expert guidance of Chuck Bagus, CBE handled all aspects of the business, from sales distribution and strategic planning to workforce development and customer feedback.
When the pandemic struck, CBE quickly adapted to the new reality and implemented work-from-home operations for its sales and marketing teams. With Chuck Bagus leading the way, the company facilitated sales training, coaching, and motivation for remote sales managers and representatives, while also providing marketing and advertising solutions to other providers and companies.
In 2022, CBE ventured into property management and lettings, working with Bucknell Property Inc., a UK-based property management company. Chuck Bagus oversaw the Lettings team, managing everything from marketing properties and acquiring new tenants to reports and record-keeping.
In October 2022, CBE partnered with Marvill Web Development to create Marvill Digital Presence, a digital marketing entity that is quickly making waves in the industry.
